Diablo 4 Item Upgrades
Items upgrades are upgrade components which can be added to armors, weapons and trinkets to earn a bonus. They tend to be more expensive and require the item is of a certain rank.
Items that have extremely high requirements generally don't see any value in upgrading. This is especially true for items that don't roll a lot of variance like the eth titans.
Glyphs
After reaching level 50 the action-RPG of Blizzard changes from its simplified campaign to the final game. This is when things really begin to change, with players forced into the Paragon Board leveling system, Nightmare Dungeons and brand new grinds to ensure their class build is as robust as it can be.
Glyphs play a crucial role in this development. Increasing a Glyph's upgrade level increases its stat attributes and radius of effect on the Paragon Board. There are a variety of ways to gain these upgrades, but most players will be relying on the primary method of raiding Faction Crypts.
Glyphs allows you to add symbols to your text. You can choose from the menu on the left of the screen. The Glyphs panel displays glyphs based on the font in which your cursor is located. You can change the font or typestyle, and narrow down the list to only include punctuation symbols by choosing an option beneath the Entire Font. You can see the CID/GID value and Unicode value of any glyph by moving the mouse.
After you've entered several glyphs, the Glyphs panel will keep track of the last 35 distinct ones you've used and will make them available under the category of Recently Used on the first row of the panel (you need to expand the panel in order to see all 35). You can also remove them from this list by right-clicking, or Control-clicking, a one of the glyphs in the list, and selecting Remove From Recent Glyphs.
The Glyphs Panel also allows users to create a customized set of glyphs. This is useful if often require typing certain types of text. This will help you avoid needing to manually insert each glyph every time you require it.
A custom glyph can be made up of up to 30 glyphs. This includes the base name and its suffix. The base name must contain uppercase English alphabetic letters (A-Z) as well as lowercase English alphabetic letters (a-z), European numbers (0-9) and underscore (_), and other glyphs. The suffix can include ligatures, or contextual alternative. These are special variations which combine two or more letters into one glyph.
Reroll Tokens
Upgrades are the principal mechanic that gives extra bonuses on items, including additional stats. They come in different types: reroll or level up, as well as recycle. Each type comes with a distinct set extra bonuses for an item.
Reroll Tokens can be used to change the item's base stats and upgrade number. They can also be used to reroll substats for rings. A reroll costs 1 token and resets the item's upgrades, but will keep the rarity, set and level of the item. Certain recipes require the use of certain Appliances or Ingredients which are available by selecting a Franchise Card from the Blueprint Desk. Certain appliances and ingredients are considered staples, which means that they are not available at the Shop or through a reroll, while others have a higher likelihood of being available if a particular Franchise Card is picked from the Blueprint Desk. This is known as the Staple Pool, and the items that are in it will remain in the pool for the remainder of the run. When purchased from the Blueprint Desk, non-staple equipment is also transferred to the Seed Pool.
Recycled Items
The third "R," recycle, is where the magic occurs. You can help the environment by recycling a product made from recycled material. This is because the majority of products that are recycled are returned to the manufacturer who originally made the item to be remanufactured into another product. This is what we refer to as "closing the recycling loop."
When a person puts something in their recycling bins at the curb, it is taken to a Materials Recovery Facility where it is separated and sorted. Then, it can be sold on to manufacturers who will re-make the item. Items that are usually transformed into new products include:
